Journey To Manali

Manali is a small hill station near Indian state Himachal pradesh. It's height 2,050mt or 6,726ft approax in Beas river valley. Manali is coming from the word Manu. The word Manali is regarded as the changed name of 'Manu Alaya' which means ''the abode of Manu".It is a popular tourist spot. The climate of Manali is predominantly cold during winter but moderately cold during summer season.

Generally April- June/September month can be visit. But best month is December.

Sholang Valley :  This valley is quiet and extremely picturesque. The Chinese food from local roadside shacks are very famous. 

Naggar Castle : An important tourist spot near Manali. It is an ancient palace. 

Old Manali : Old Manali is very popular. Lovely roads, sweet little eateries and market place are very nice. 

Tibetan Monasteries : It is one of the famous monasteries located in Manali. It is not only a place of Worship but also a guardians of the rich culture and history of Tibetan people. 

Hadimba Temple : The 15th-century temple dedicated to Hadimba devi from the Indian spiritual epic Mahabharata. 

Gauri Shanker Temple : It is located in Dashal  village.This temple is very old.

How To Reach :


By Air : The nearest airport is Bhunter airport which is located 50 km from Manali. This airport is well connected with other major cities of India.. After reach the station you can hire a taxi to reach your destination hotel. 

By Train : As because it is a hilly region so it does not have any railway station. There are train services from Delhi to Jogindernagar and Pattankot. After reach the station you can get bus service to reach your destination place.
